After slicing your atama leaves,put in a bowl pour hot water and cover for 5minutes,carefully drain with a sieve all the water and taste.if still bitter, repeat rinsing.

2:Slice waterleaf and squeeze out the slimmy juice

3: Get palm fruit,wash it and place into a pot add water and cook for 15minutes.place in a mortar and pound,after pounding place in a bowl add warm water.use your hand to mash out the palm juice with a seive ...

4:Cut periwinkles at tails,place in a bowl and wash thoroughly with salt.

Place your meat, kpomo, assorted, stockfish in a pot and cook for 15minutes.

2:pour the palm juice inside this pot with meat,add your smoked fish and periwinkles and let it cook for 12minutes more.

3:Add waterleaf now,put the rest of the seasoning pepper/crayfish/salt..Cook on low heat for 5minutes,add atama leaf into the boiling pot for 3minutes gently stir it.. Taste your atama soup and turn off the heat..

omo, e don tey small but I haven't tried making peppersoup with tomatoes before but I go try am soon and tell you how it turns out.

It is very delicious,they either thicken it by adding pounded yam or eat it that way.i always go to the oguta every Xmas for the food.
