My advice is, if you have some money go and meet him and buy some plot and also ask him to give you some plot as is son, with these method you can acquire the land at a cheaper rate, if not that man no go stop oooo until he sell everything finish at the end of the day he will blame it on the Devil and still ask for forgiveness from you...and you have no choice than to forgive him.

Is your dad related to the prodigal son that sold off all his father gave him. May be he wants to marry a new wife. You better face your career

Although they are his property, he is responsible for the children he brought into this world.
It's his duty to ensure they are established as much as possible before he passes on.
His children did not ask to be born, he brought them here. It's only decent and essential of him to leave something for them to start life with or support their hustle, if he has such means/resources, instead of squandering it.

as a male child and whatever position you are,fight him and make sure the elders and his kinsmen see reasons for him to give you your own share of the land. It is your right, since the property is inherited don't sue him,its a waste of time. I guess this is the only advice I have for you....
