18 for girls and 21 for males respectively

I was 5.9 when I was 20yrs old, I'm 28 now and my height is 6.3

Try to add plenty beans in your diet.. bean cake, moi moi, bean soup etc. and see.. I think your height stops increasing at 20-21yrs or thereabout.

Once you've passed 16 to 18, your
growth period had basically passed.

Anything after that is just jara up to
21 years.

I once had a relation who grew so fast
and was almost 6 feet by 15. But suddenly
he got matured with heavy beards by
I6.

I think that heavy release of testosterone
slowed his growth. In fact you can easily
mistake him for a 28 to 30 year old by
the time he was 18.

In short the guy just remained at 6ft
since 16 & he was very disappointed because
he plays basketball and was expected
to stop at 6'3 to 6'4.

A lot of factors are at play here. Any delayed puberty? If no, then i am afraid that you may not grow taller.

Why not check your bone age? That will guide you.

It depend on your family and the trait you inherited from them. Again it also depends on your gender. If you are a girl please forget it regardless of your trait most females stop their height within that age say 16-20.

I had a stunted growth. At the age of 20, I was still 5'3". Then one of my uncles who worked as a scientist in a biotech lab off the coast of Spain, sent me some samples of their growth hormone products, still in testing phases. I can't remember their names now but I would try check my old box.
I took these products and by age 23, I had added 7 more inches. But that was it! I stopped growing at 23.
I'm in my early 30's now and my only regret was not being introduction to that growth formula when I was still in my teens. Perhaps, I could have been a comfortable 6 footer.. cheesy

I heard creatine supplements can be used for height increase , I'm 5'6 , I love being tall but I want to marry a tall man too , tall guys usually prefer short girls and short guys are intimidated by tall women , I want to have my cake and eat it grin

Check your teeth, if it’s 28, there is hope of getting taller, if it’s already 32, forget growing an inch.
