Good evening my honourable family,
Please I need someone to share me a link to apply for PGD in Elect/Elect or power engineering as most of the courses I found are normal Diploma.

Your response will be appreciated

Thanks in advance.

Check Conestoga College, they offer a related course for January intake.

Good morning everyone,

Please which among college can you advice me to apply for.
Centennial college
Seneca college
Conestoga college
Cambrian college etc

Conestoga College is a better option, I'm also an affiliate and can assist with the application process.

Hi everyone please how long does it take for IRCC to pass Medicals?
Did upfront Medicals and submitted since 23rd March.
Thank you

No timeframe, you need to continually send the E-medical slip to IRCC so as to get their attention to update your medicals.

Thank you again Mr Frank, a gentleman and professional to the core; although you have to be VERY patient with him.
So to all those waiting, may God answer your prayers. I am rooting for you all and to prospective applicants, I wish you all the best.

Congratulations Boss on the successful outcome of your study permit application. I'm excited that my long-standing expertise and knowledge in handling complex immigration cases brought about the approval of your application. I'm looking forward to helping your family (spouse and kids) through the Spousal Open Work Permit once you've settled in Canada. All the best

Good day house!
Kudos and may God bless everyone that has contributed towards the various successful PPR stories being shared here.
I was recently directed to the page by a friend who just relocated to Canada.

Please permit me to ask a few questions.
Am a married woman and graduated 10 years ago with Bsc science and computer education (biology major, with 2.2). I’ve been working in 1 of my husband companies (clearing agency) while taking care of the kids.
I wish to apply for January 23 admission
Please Gurus in the house…… What course is best suitable 4 me ( with ease of getting visa as well)
Should I go 4 a management course? With an intent of producing letters from the company.

I would also appreciate if the schools as well as d courses can be recommended to me here as well.

Thank you and God bless

Cc
@expertman @Frankrobbn1 @makano @Teemenzo
and other Gurus pls

Given that you've good working experience in your husband's business, a management program is the most suitable program for you to show career progression.

I have question about this “counterfoil”, what does it mean?
Mine says it expires next year and my course is a two year course….

Also at what point does the LOI drop?

Counterfoil states the duration of the visa issued to you on your international passport by the Canadian consulate. You will notice this update on your MyCIC account once a visa has been issued and dispatched to your mailing address.

The LOI - letter of Introduction, will be updated on your profile after you've received the stamped visa passport at your address. With regards to the validity of the visa given to you, it sometimes happens, you will have to apply for an extension within Canada.

Thank you so much for your response. We have been trying online but paying with a debit card in naira is not possible. And no option to reserve and pay at the office. Can u plsshedmore light I dont want to loose the one I am on.

Thanks
it's because you're in canada so by default it is using the Canada's version of the website. Use this
https://www.lufthansa.com/ng/en/homepage
You should then see a Pay at office option during checkout.
If that still doesn't work, then it may be IP issues. You can then tell anyone in Nigeria to book the reservation for you via pay at office option.

To Whom it May Concern,

Please know that you MUST NOT pay your tuition Form A from your account.

I got admission from UNB and I quickly had money deposited to my colleague who had an account with Jaiz bank (following tips of great Form A perform banks here) and gave him my swift pay instruction. He applied for and paid my tuition, all processed within a week.

Don't sit around waiting to must process tuition payment deposit from your account to show capability.. whata important is the payment receipt, not a debit alert from your bank. That debit no count as PoF I think.

FYI.

Good luck to us all

Bankowner:
I am sorry to ask this question but did you really want to travel at all? If you saw that one bank was delaying a transaction that would cost you your admission what stopped you from immediately opening an account with another bank?

@Sand4love.. they had actually extended it but the Keystone still delayed it further, had to fight and got the zonal manager's contact and called him, he sent me an email apologising for the delay and I sent a copy of this email to the school which has bought me another extension from the school. You wouldn't believe the branch manager sat on my application without approving it for reasons best known to him. My mistake was moving my funds from UBA to Keystone just "hasten" the process and I entered one chance, learnt a valuable lesson here.

Good day everyone.
Please, I have a QUESTION.

Whether It is compulsory for someone working under the government to include REFERENCE LETTER and STUDY LEAVE LETTER from the office to his application.
What if the person did not include it will his application be refused?
Thank you.

Medical exam can be obtained from any part of the world, insofar that its from IRCC panel physician. Nonetheless, the police Character Certificate must be gotten from the countries you've spent over 6 months since the age of 18.

E.g I’m leave from PHC > Frankfurt > Calgary > Edmonton.

Do I have to recheck my bags at Frankfurt and Calgary?

Hi guys help and advice needed

First application submitted: March 4 2020
Refused: May 15 2020
Refusal grounds: Family ties in Canada and in country of residence;
current employment situation; purpose of visit
Institution: Concordia University of Edmonton
Program: Degree - Environmental Health (After Degree)

Second application: August 5 2020
Refused: October 2 2020
Refusal grounds: Family ties in Canada and in country of residence;
current employment situation; purpose of visit
Upgraded LOE
Institution: Concordia University of Edmonton
Program: Degree - Environmental Health (After Degree)

GCMS: I have reviewed the application. Given family ties or economic motives to remain in Canada, the applicant's
incentives to remain in Canada may outweigh their ties to their home country. The applicant's plan of studies
appears vague and poorly documented given applicant's last level of studies obtained in the field and
applicant's employment experience, purpose does not appear reasonable. According to the applicant's current
or future employment prospects, I have accorded less weight to their employment ties to their country of
residence. Weighing the factors in this application. I am not satisfied that the applicant will depart Canada at the
end of the period authorized for their stay. For the reasons above, I have refused this application.

Third application: June 2021
2nd refusal: March 08 2021
Reason: Purpose of visit
Program: Occupational health, safety and wellness
Credential: Ontario College Graduate Certificate (Post-Graduate)
Institution: Conestoga college
Tuition deposit: paid
GCMS note in process

BSc: Environmental Mgt
Grade: 2.1
Sponsor: Parent
Occupation: Manger/supervisor
Funds available
Upfront medicals

Thanks sabi people @Teemenzo @makano @Time2soar1 @Davidbanky

Hi guys
So GCMS just got in:
Reason: Purpose of visit

Course studies: Environmental Management

The study plan does not appear reasonable given the applicant's employment and education history.
I note that:
-the client's previous studies were in an unrelated field
-the client has previous studies at a higher academic level than the proposed studies in Canada
-the client's proposed studies are not reasonable given their career path

I got married last year, and I have done change of name. But my passport still holds my maiden name, and I used my maiden name to apply for my admission and Study Permit. Hope this won’t be an issue as some of my documents like bank statement is changed to my husband’s surname name(to show relationship as we planed applying together with our son)

Even if you don't change your maiden name to your husband's surname, it still doesn't matter. I have handled several applications whereby the wife haven't changed her name and got approved. To address this concerns of yours, ensure you've included an affidavit of change of name and address same in your personal statement.

You can't have two home countries at same time unless you've citizenship in both countries. Your focus when writing your sop should be targeted on how you can achieve your goals and translate them back to the country where you're presently working which is the country of birth. You can mention about your ties to another country, however your center of interest should be based on your country of citizenship.

Hi guys...I applied for undergraduate nursing in macewan university. I already hold a bsc degree in geology with a third class. I graduated last year and I am currently doing my nysc. Please house I’d like to know if this would not come out as lack of degree/career progression.

Why opt for a second degree and spend millions to pursue another 4 years course in Canada?. My suggestion is that you should apply for a diploma in practical nursing program (2 years), since you're passionate about having a nursing career. Apply this conceptual action I have given to you and thank me later cool
