I dont see any reason why ASUU refuse to comply with IPPS if not to keep earning multiple salaries from different school.

Lecturers and professors too are scams!!! Selling handouts, giving scores, purposefully failing students because of disrespect.

ASUU needs a reorientation

They are part of the rot!

I pity only the students. Two elephants are fighting here and both have no regards for the grass.

Those saying that Lecturers are corrupt, have u tried to know how much those lecturers are being paid as compared to all those politifcians? When it comes to education, the government won't have money but when it is meeting their own corrupt needs, they can borrow money from China.
When IPPIS came, I lost my hazard allowance (30k) and I am entitled to it. We have been fighting for it since and nothing till now. Imagine having a short of 30k from your normal salaries in the midst of all these inflation! This among other reasons is why people are not satisfied with IPPIS. With the lies in government, u will do yourself good to believe that the government have been lying to everyone on the issue.

But you & other politicians get paid for not working. Examples include our current national assembly for getting their full salaries & allowances last year even when they only seat have days of the required days by our law annually.

I don't blame you completely though because good number of lecturers & students also worked hard to bring you evil into power.

Posterity shall judge you all!

FG must everyone use IPPS?
Answer ASUU.
UTAS let them use it.
Pay them part of their financial demand and sign am agreement on payment plan.

How much has FG paid Bandits and Boko Haram since 2015?

IPPS that they are insisting on has been tainted with corruption.

Education is key to growth and development of any country

tell ASUU to stop making unrealistic demands. ASUU is just punishing and frustrating students.

Fed govt should please think of employing other qualified Nigerians ,we have many unemployed graduates.
The lecturers are free to resign if they don't like their pay and give room to others.

ASUU is less than 0.1% of Nigerians, ASUU can not be allowed to keep making unrealistic demands from one Govt. to the other.
A very useless and corrupt set of people.

ASUU is frustrating our students and killing our educational system.

FG is right on this one. No work, No pay.

Although buhari is one clueless leader and incompetent,,but one thing l like about this man is the alpha traits in him, a no nonsense man,,ASUU own is too much ,,so they even collect salaries for staying at home 5- 8 months every year, why wont they always want strike? please this decision must stand ,let them stay at home for 6 months without salaries and let see if strike is the only way to solve issues,, and please nobody should talk about any students future ,, is not as if they finish there is any job waiting for them,so why are they in a hurry to graduate? it is during this striking period self that l was able to learn the way of hustling in the street that is paying me now after graduation,,let them learn a business skill,is an advantage to them.

If you like politics, resign and join simple....

ASUU is a permanent job till retirement.
Politics is just 4 years.

Lol I don't know why everyone's mad. Why do you guys want them to spend your tax money on services you're not receiving? People here have are weird. This is an abusive relationship for the tax payers and students paying for services. Honestly they should be demanding prorated refunds for university housing, parking and meal plans.

The federal government should just get out of the education business. Leave this up to the states and private sector. Handover the campuses and let them do as they please. We know the issue is the fact they won't charge necessary tuition and raise taxes to fund the system.
