5 years from now, if we're asked who had a better season in the 2021/2022 Serie A, shey we'll start saying "according to stats", "according to heat map", "according to balancing"?? What's wrong with some of you peeps? Tammy has more goals than Osimhen, over 100 career goals, Tammy is going to the World Cup, osimhen won't go. Why can't we present facts and be honest. Osimehn is AVERAGE!! If e pain you, go wash Transformer. 3 Likes |

TheGoodJoe: If that particular game was in Lagos, I bet you same thing could have happened. Remember the 4-4 draw at Benin against Sierra Leone?! That wasn't even a much serious match but the Super Eagles were blocked from leaving the stadium. Imagine it was against Ghana?! Saw the video of the destruction of the MKO Abiola stadium. It's not a tribal thing. |

Stormtrooper11: There is a difference in blocking stadium outlet or even stoning bus. This was plain madness unleashed in that stadium. Massive destruction of property and which claimed a life. |

Stormtrooper11: Very funny analysis. Tammy was playing for Chelsea Osimhen was battling injuries during his career. So that makes Osimhen average. Your point does not add up. We are talking player quality and not player opportunity. Osimhen has done amazing going from selling pure water on the streets of Lagos to becoming a recognized Hitman in World football. 5 Likes |

TheGoodJoe: The life lost isn't has been proven to be unrelated to the unfortunate incident at the stadium. This doesn't in anyway excuse the stadium invasion, but just thought it necessary to detach facts from fiction. 1 Like |

TheGoodJoe: And I'm saying if that match was played in Lagos, the same thing would had happened. One of the people who destroyed the stadium is my friend and he ain't even from the North. He shared the video with me. I'm not absolving northerners but don't make it look like Northerners were the reason the stadium was destroyed. 1 Like |

TheGoodJoe: Just because Osimhen have an emotional grass to grace story does not mean we should start being sympathetic to him. Nigerians too like grass to grace stories. We can't use injuries as excuse. There was a time when Ronaldo and Messi were battling with injuries. Their ability to take care of their physical states and manage their bodies has kept them almost injury free and this distinguish them as the best from other athletes. |

Stormtrooper11: So you know someone can battle with injuries and surmount it but you want to use that injury window to define Osimhen. Congrats to Tammy proud of him but do not use him being injury free and opportuned as criteria of his success. If Osimhen was born in England with his talent and free of injuries, he would have gone far. Despite the challenges, he is still doing well in Italy. That shows the heart of a winner give Osimhen his props. You do not need to denigrate Osimhen to praise Tammy. They are young men doing well and we pray they keep getting better. Finito 1 Like |

Stormtrooper11: We failed to qualify after drawing with South Africa in Uyo. I didn't hear of them destroying things. So how you can say the same thing is baffling. We have less violent football related incidents in the southern region. |

andrewbaba44: Yes he is too old probably even older 9ja football age. Yes he plays in a moi.moi inconsequential low level against retired players. There are too many players better in better leagues and clubs. We don't need Mediocrity but quality. |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by TheGoodJoe(m): 7:18pm On May 02, 2022 |
Stormtrooper11: What Happened in Abuja has not happened in any of the South or Eastern stadium before. We have had horrific football fans related cases from the northern Region. That makes the a higher risk factor for matches. |

TheGoodJoe: IF is a very big word. You don't predict life by location and differing circumstances. It's your life experiences that form your character not the other way round. How do you know that Victor O, would not have ended up as die hard drug dealer running tings in Hackney East London with no interest in football what so ever. If Victor with his limited technical ability had not gone through hell fire of life experiences in Lagos. He would not have had the die hard mental resilience to overcome all his challenges in life and succeed the way he has , against all odds. Life is not so predictable. Only God can do that, he who knows the end of things from the beginning. 3 Likes 2 Shares |

JohnBullMySon: Mitrovich just scored 43 goals in one season the highest number of goals in the history of the second tier. Fulham have scored over 100 goals in a season in the Championship. Look at the quality of players it's no Fluke, Liverpool tried to buy their 19 year old Midfielder in January but have hot him now on a pre contract. If you do very well in the Championship every top level team in Europe will look at it you. Unlike no other second tier league in Europe. Fulham just beat Luton Town 7-0 Fulham is not better than Napoli in my opinion however, would Napoli beat them in a match, l really don't know. Food for thought Anguissa a sure starter for Napoli was let go on loan. Not wanted by the Manager. |

komekn: So why will you guys use that because Tammy was opportune to come from a favored background and stayed injury-free means better? Osimhen came from a challenging background, battle injuries, and battled his way up. That is why Tammy leads in goals. It has nothing to do with one being better than the other. Give both their props and move on. 2 Likes |
