Please i have a question for a friend.
If you apply for UK student visa for May resumption and move your start date to September because family issues require that you stay in Nigeria a little bit longer, does that have any impact on your visa? I mean after UK has given you your visa? Specifically, does the student have to reapply for another visa? Also, what are the chances of the school being comfortable with moving the resumption term?

Google schools in the uK / check out some of the schools that have been mentioned on this thread and read through their entry requirements. I do believe your CGPA should qualify you for digital marketing.

If your answer is yes,then sure ..if no,you would have to write a convincing personal statement on why you want to study digital marketing using your training certificate as a supporting document.

Please house, my passport will expire by December 2022, I have got unconditional offer and deposit paid, Telex sent to the school awaiting CAS. Though I have started the renewal of my passport already, I'm waiting for capturing. Please should I be worried? Also if CAS is issued on my old passport will my new passport carry same passport number?

I believe your passport vignette will carry a certain date, I also believe you are expected to enroll once you arrive

If you choose to defer your admission to September, the old visa then becomes invalid, pending on the school's policy they may need to reissue a new CAS and you may need to apply for a new visa.

Chances of the school deferring your admission is up to the school,nobody will tell you what to expect,you have to speak with your admission team and they will advise.

Just so you know, after enrollment, the school will send the data of all the students that have enrolled for that academic session to the home office.
So please if you want to defer your admission let your school know,make them no bounce you for border.

If it is May resumption,time is not on your side.

Ideally you should but If you ask for my opinion stick to the 20hrs.

The question now is IF, don't overexpect so you don't get disappointed, there have been records of delay in issuing visa, when you arrive and after sorting accommodation, you will need to collect your BRP and apply for NIN(these documents allow you work) and may take time. This is before applying for jobs,doing interview and getting an offer.
One month never pass so? And then boom! time for lectures.

my kids did their biometrics since 6th April. no response from them. sent a paid mail for one of them since last thursday, no response. sent another one yesterday for the second child, no response yet. No NSF mail for either of them

They are implementing the 6 weeks time frame,just be patient and prayerful

I am about to commence my visa application and I need guidance on a few things:
1. Do I need my national population birth certificate as proof of birth?
2. How do i source funds for my IHS and Visa fees? Do I have to buy black market or can I use flywire to make the payment?
3. My school did not ask for proof of english language but I got an unconditional offer, do I need to submit my waec certificate during visa application or my CAS would cover for that?

Don't complicate issue for yourself.
UK require a valid international passport not minding 6 months validity we all know.
You can use it for the process and renew it in UK by December.

My wife has two degree one been an ND [Distinction] science and laboratory technology and a B.Sc [Second class upper] in microbiology.

Now she want to go study in Uk but the course shes looking at is medical bioscience and based on what i have read and also from a reply from another thread. She wont be able to practice right after she finishes.

Pls help with suggestion as other programs she can go with and if you feel she can still go ahead with that.

They may share information, provided that you did not fake your documents or you did not have a ban , nothing to be afraid of. Uk study visa is point based. provided you get all the points, you are good to go. even if they (UK) denied you visa last week. Do not be afraid.

When previously applying to US , I indicated I was married(false) would that be an issue why applying as a single for UK?
