Well, i hope you know we are allready copying it.
We have the npfl laliga u15 league which started in 2017 and even now the 2022 version is going on.
Each club comes with u15 players in a league and so enyimba, kano pillars etc have their youth teams

I have been following this from day one of it. I think if you find the start in the U15 thread, I commented on it. We are still a long way to go but it is a good step. But the point remains that we are far behind and we have not even scratched the surface.

Excerpt:
For example, Real Madrid has a youth system consisting of 13 levels to reach the senior side. And the beauty is that all these youth teams function in the same way as the senior club side.

The point still remains that we are far behind but it does not mean that we are not making steps. However, the gulf in class is much.

The context of the debate is not cut your coat according to your size. The cotext of the debate is the gap in grassroot development between the European kids and ours.

Someone said Tammy is better than Osimhen because he has scored 100 goals.

I said, that the reason Tammy is ahead has more to do with his opportunity and not just his talent. It was a tougher root for Osimhen, not that he is more talented than Osimhen.

I explained the gulf in class due to their development structure.

Your reply is cut your coat according to your size.

How is that related to the debate?

sorry you don't explained anything, and the right answer is cut your coat according to your sizes,
thankiu

Cut your coat is irrelevant to the debate. The gulf in class of Grassroot development is the reason why Tammy has a large fraction of goals more than Osimhen.

Where coat and cutting came in is baffling.

But matter of fact Komekn has nothing against Porto, the fact that a Nigerian made left back aka Zaidu Sanusi is consistently starting games at a supposedly top European club like Porto was giving him sleepless nights, a Nigerian born and bred left back can't possibly be quality, it doesn't make sense, so problem had to be Porto, Porto had to be a useless team, infact so useless it is the equivalence of mid table championship teams.
Hence the Fulham comparisms. grin
The day Sanusi leaves Porto, and Porto signs Fred onyedinma or any of his carpenter init boys, the narrative will change cheesy
Fellow Comrade in violence.... you're doing well grin grin grin

Super Eagles’ incoming boss Jose Peseiro has reportedly identified eight players who he will look to build his team around ahead of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Qualifiers.

With the Nigeria Football Federation set to officially announce the new Super Eagles boss, the Portuguese is believed to be keeping a close eye on the current situation and has plans in place.

According to insiders, Peseiro has already identified a core group of players who he believes he can trust at Super Eagles going forward, and the 62-year-old intends to give young players opportunities too.

Maduka Okoye, whose performances have come under fire in recent times, has been studied by Peseiro in recent weeks and the Portuguese intends to try and get the best out of the Watford bound goalkeeper.

The former Al Ahly boss will try to integrate Ademola Lookman, Akinkunmi Amoo and Calvin Bassey to the national team set up very well.

Others are Moses Simon, Wilfred Ndidi, Joe Aribo and Victor Osimhen.

Peseiro is also committed to give Nigeria Professional Football League stars the chance to shine in his team. Copied from futbalgalore.com.ng

Should I give you a list of Europeans who play for top clubs in Europe?
Save your strength

Top clubs are less than 1% of the total number of clubs in Europe. How many players can a team absorb

Anyway, I know every discussion is like Cowbell competition to you. So I don leave the matter

They have a structure, we do not. When we start caring for ourselves and promoting merit, we can talk with pride until then, we should know our lane.

It is not by mouth but action.
What is our lane? Wishing our players will storm into top European clubs?

grin You see that you argue for fun?

Do the Europeans not have a whole continent of players to absorb?

So how does this relate to the point? They have opportunities for vast players. Even third-tier league teams have high-grade academy facilities and coaching.

So it is tougher for players here.

That is the point.

The point is the opportunity for the best players to make it there. Those positions are for the best. However, our players here have limited opportunities no matter how good they are.

Keep in mind, that even National league football will do a lot for many struggling players here. That is still limited.

Tammy Abraham has scored so much goals because of the opportunity that came with the background. That is the point.

why will it not baffled you, is Nigeria Spain,
even before they got to where they are, don't they started small, did you see them saying Germany is this, or had that for their players

why can't you remove your eyes from those Europeans, and look how you can help to start small, after all, it's still that small drops of water that makes an Ocean

It is baffling because the statement is totally unrelated to the discussion.

Tammy Abraham has scored more goals than Osimhen professionally because of the Opportunities that came with him being born in England.

Your reply: Cut your coat according to yoru side. grin

I just posted an article I posted in 2016 for what I believe will help us start small-small. I do not think you can teach me that today.
