Okay sir, let's place him on it. Get multivitamin syrup for pups, then supplement with vitamin C separately. The former would supply the necessary minerals your boy needs while the later would boost appetite.
#Note Vit C is contained in the multivitamin syrup, but I just want additional supplement. I'll be on standby Sir
ok, i should go to any petshop and request this and any brand will be given to me? how do i administer it. sorry for bothering you

Yes sir, go for well known brands, the pharmacist would guide you. Its usually in syrup form, hence you give orally

The teeth just fell off naturally, but she's doing fine, no pains or any discomfort whatsoever. She is a little over 5 months. I just want to know if there's anything I may need to do?

Put your mind at rest, just continue with your multivitamin supplement then you can add some calcium supplements too. I'll be on standby

Did you get Vitamin C in addition to the multivitamins? If you did and it's still worse, I'll advice you to take her to the nearest Vet clinic for thorough examination. It's possible there is an underlying problem we are missing out. I'll DM my number to you for further assistance and follow up. I'm so sorry once more sir

I just realize that we can forcefully give our dog a meal when they totally loose appetite... Just get a coke bottle...use a nail to open the crown head...pour a watery pap with mix with raw egg in it..just open his mouth and force feed him..do the same with ors mixed with glucose

So sorry for the late response, I just got back from the clinic. Although you didn't tell me the specie of your pet, I want to assume its a dog. There are several methods of treating mange (mange is caused by an ectoparasite, the same that specie that causes scabies in humans) which has been reported to be effective. Some include local methods like application of oil (coconut or palm oil) to the affected area or the use of neem tree (dogo yaro) leaf extracts to bath your pet. The above methods are cheap, reportedly effective with little or no side effects, but don't have scientific validity. The scientifically valid methods include; the use of cypermetrin (my personal method) or armitraz to bath your pet after diluting it in water (please follow the procedure on the drug leaflet). Although some Vets prescribe Ivermectin, the side effects are not favorable at all. So I'll advice you get armitraz or cypermetrin and follow the instructions on the leaflets under the guidance of a vet if available. Please feel free to ask any further question if you aren't satisfied and also try to update us on any progress made.
My dog has this issue too.
It have been scathing and hair loss.
Very stubborn mange and it can smell too

Good evening Dr Seun,
Pls I bought a 7 weeks rott, I fed him with booster for two days which the guy who sold it to me gave me.

When the feed finished I got her Dr Tessy crunchy, it quite obvious that she doesn't really like as she doesn't eat it immediately when serve so I do keep it there with her till the next morning , then I will meet my empty plate

So I was so curious and just yesterday I got her booster feed, I soaked it in milk and egg she ate some portion unfortunately this morning she didn't eat any , honestly I was so sad because am getting used to her very active and smart infact her bark is like a 5 months dog

I also dewormed her this morning sir, I ate moimoi this morning myself which I gave to her and she ate it very well , was amazed

My question is maybe she love to take my own food ; grin, pls note sir , her food she ignored this morning I gave it to my local dog which he ate all embarassed .Thanks sir

Okay, go to any Vet shop or Vet pharmacy, it's readily available. Meanwhile get vitamin C seperately. It would help boost appetite and immunity, let's watch the feeding pattern

Why is it that local dogs (ekuke) don't easily contract parvo and the likes, is it that they have strong immune system against them or what?

Good evening Dr.

I noticed this wound on my dog's sometime last weekend. The Vet recommended that I should apply sawke cream. The problem is that the wound is spreading instead of healing. Kindly come to my rescue please.

Thanks
