2. The POF for the student visa was a separate account entirely. The reason why GTBank statement was included is to clarify the refusal reasons highlighted hence showing payment receipts of other source of income as requested.

For Chester I will just advise you mail them.
I think it's compulsory you pass through an agent.
I have dropped them though.
I can't be tied to an agent.
But why do some UK universities prioritize the use of agent?

From the feedbacks received of recent, UKVI does not care about your CV, your employment details are what they need, appointment letter or letter of introduction from your company, the most recent will be fine. CV is inconsequential

I applied since March no response till now. I've called and sent mail nobody is saying anything. So I wonder how they operate

there is a very big difference: its like asking the bank if this is their statement. They know whats from them. The bank would do well to cross check the account just to be sure. And let the embassy know the statement is genuine. Sometimes they don’t even have to check the account. They would simply know by merely looking at it.

Their office are given July 5 as appointment day which is kind of too far for September intake.

What can we do about this ?

Why didn't you do administrative review then?
Why wait till now to proof what they did not ask you?
You would have gotten your student visa with ease.

Hello beautiful people of the house, I just got a conditional offer from university of Sunderland, I applied on May 9th.
The offer reads "Conditional offer
Conditions
Subject to evidence of being taught and assessed in English language at degree level and a deposit payment to the University of Sunderland for £3,500 Together with an evidence of name change as the Degree certificate provided is in a different surname."
What evidence do they need again since they have my Degree Certificate?
Also, is the university of Sunderland a good one in terms of it's location, availability of jobs for my husband and I because I will be moving with my family, husband and 2 kids.

My husband and kids just want to get their passports, will I still be able to make September considering TB test for us and obtaining visa? Or should I just tell them to defer to January?

Hello Guys. I need an advice on what I should do. I recently applied for student visa. Had a previous visitors visa refusal (cash lodgement without supporting document) and on this note, I attached a GTBank statement of account to tackle the said refusal explaining the large deposits highlighted and reasons for the deposit. To my surprise, I received a student visa refusal today and they quoted that the GTBank statement I submitted was falsified as they contacted the bank. Am so terrified cos I did the whole submission myself and the statement of account being said to be falsified was the same GTBank gave me. Could it be bank issue or UKVI issue.

The rules are simple and clear. You either break or follow them .. Why the heck is it 50/50 especially when the applicant breached no rules

If it was " visa alert " that I posted now. I would have gotten 20 responses with congratulations.

I asked About valid birth certificate/age declaration for u.k visa application numerous times and nobody has helped me out.

Not entitled to anybody'sbresponse I know. I'm just saying.
