That's because the average Yoruba family is mixed with muslim and Christian extended family members.

During Christmas, the muslim side will turn up and cook with you, chop with you and celebrate with you.

Asides Ilorin people, most Yoruba muslims are tolerant, I pray MURIC will not corrupt this peaceful coexistence.

You just made me remember my former landlady in Ogun state. She celebrates ileya and other muslim festivals and does same during christmas. Even her dressing is confusing, today you'll see her on hijab tomorrow she's with her white garment and bible heading to church.

I couldn't ignore anymore and asked her if she's a christian or a muslim......My question sounded funny to her and she started laughing. She later told me she's from a muslim family while her husband is a christian. Even the family she's talking about are not all muslims, her father is a muslim while the mum a christian. I was speechless and started looking at her, she saw the confusion in my face and continued with her laughter.

I never talked about when last there was violence or anything like that,you simply can't understand my post
If those so called yoruba Muslims were in the majority in their geographical positioning,you'd see a different result thats what I meant if its too difficult for you to understand
