The thing is there are various legitimate ways to earn online, albeit with many restrictions for Nigerians, but for some reasons these guys prefer fraud. But that is not the aspect that marvels me.

What I find difficult to comprehend is why most of them make their activities so ostentatious to the a point of drawing unwanted attention to themselves, when fully aware that their source of income is a crime.

It's just beyond me.
