Trust me, if the warriors want an easier win in the Finals, if they get there, then the heats is their best bet...
Boston has a better Team, while the heat rely heavily on Butler. If there is one thing I have learnt, a better Team is more troublesome for the warriors than a Team with a lone superstar.
That is why the warriors annihilated Denver, and got blown out by Memphis when Ja went down.

There are 2 reasons why Butler is not regarded as a superstar, first is that he is one of the few players who elevates their game during the playoffs in comparison to their regular season performances. so you see situations where he his not even in the all-nba list in the regular season, but just turns it up during the playoffs.
The 2nd reason is, he is one of the unintended casualties of the Lebron fugazi ring narrative. if you admit that Butlers bubble playoffs performances has elevated him to superstar levels, then you cannot in the same vein say the guy who beat him won a fugazi or fake ring. So all of Butlers incredible games during the playoffs are put under the fugazi narrative.

The Mavs are 11-43 from beyond the arc and truthfully, if shooting 3's is the only way the Mavs are looking to play this series then they will be in big trouble because the Warriors will match and surpass their 3 point shooting on most nights. I have seen Doncic get into the paint for open layups and instead of laying the ball or shooting, he kicks it out in search of a 3 ball. The Warriors have very good length in the perimeter and have been successful in making those shots from outside the arc very difficult shots.

Lets see how the Mavs react and the adjustments Kidd makes in game 2.

Lol, I have been seeing your comments since, and trust me, you better be bothered because at their best, you can't outshoot the warriors and the warriors aren't at their best. A lone superstar cannot beat the warriors and the warriors seem to be able to handle Doncic better than Morant.

You are judging this GSW team based of reputation rather than raw stats. This is not the curry/klay of 4 years ago. They have declined as expected due to.afe and injuries. The most shocking thing yesterday was not the loss but Stephen missing free throws. Like that shit was weird. Point is the GSW team a re very beatable and we are the highest 3 point shooting team by volume. So, when everything regresses to the mean as they would, i would still knock down 20+ 3's in a minimum of 2 games this series

Thinking Luka will by himself lead a team of green smallboys against GSW. I'm not just talking age but also playoff and finals experience now

One thing I have loved about this playoffs so far is that it has shown that the whole a big market team is clearing cap room for big FA is just a narrative the media like to perpetuate. Out of All the 4 teams in the conference finals 3 have not only built the bulk of the team through the drafts, their 1st and 2nd options were also drafted. GSW has only 2 players who have played quality minutes who were not drafted i.e Wiggins and Potter.
Only Miami, got their number 1 option via FA, but most of the team is either through drafts or development programs, their starting backcourt in the conference finals are undrafted guy who they've developed into nba caliber starters.
It just shows that to build a winning franchise all you need is the owners to hire the right guys at the top and let them do their jobs without pestering and rushing them
