ShowYoung:Please, do you have any idea whether someone who underwent additional medical examinations last year— owing to a suspicion of TB by the IRCC— might be asked to go for another sputum test after the expiration of the former medicals, even though the former TB test was negative? |
| Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 21 by JORDAN55: 1:13pm On May 23, 2022 |
legenduq:Hi, Also where can I get information about this new IRCC portal. Please help |
| Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 21 by ShowYoung: 1:30pm On May 23, 2022 |
Onaya:Your medical validity starts counting from the date you completed your sputum and culture test — that is after the 8 to 10 weeks wait time of culture test. Let us suppose your medical was passed on Oct1. Your medical will expire next Sept 30. Panel Physician and others here are in the best position to give you accurate answer to whether you'll be asked to repeat the same process, but if they know what they are doing, they shouldn't ask you to complete another sputum and culture test. |

ShowYoung:You never said anything about high blood pressure, I thought hbp is part of what they check. |
| Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 21 by ShowYoung: 1:46pm On May 23, 2022 |
oyedamilola:I only mentioned those that can count against PPR. High Blood Pressure, even hypertension, doesn't count against your PPR. |

My sponsor lives abroad and she wants to send her statement of account, does she have to send it to the Canadian embassy or to me directly for upload? In addition, who is she going to address the sponsorship letter to? |

ShowYoung:Wow! I never knew about the issue you raised here regarding the validity of medical examinations, following the completion of sputum investigations after the wait time. I had rather thought that it expires within one year of the test, excluding the time taken for the result of TB test to be released. If that's the case, my medical results are still valid until the 12th of August, 2022. Unknowingly, I had already booked and paid for another medical appointment with IOM this Wednesday. Please, what do you advise I do now, considering the validity of my medicals of last year? |

Onaya:You may want to inquire from others here or IOM about refund process. Also, double-check, confirm and establish the fact whether or not your medical is still valid, don't take my words for it, things may have changed. |

Good day all, please I am quite confused about this notarizing documents. Please does notarizing in a notary public make your documents more authentic than in a high court? Does the VO see any issues with where you notarized? Thanks |

Oh Lord, we have come before you this week asking for your favour and mercy. Please let this week be better than last week. Bless our Monday and let the showers of ppr begin. Open doors for all 2021 applicants and correct the timelines for all those whose timelines look messy. Grant us the grace to continually trust in you. To all those who have received delays, give them the wisdom to understand their errors and reapply. We know you did it for us last week and we believe you have more in store for us this week. In Jesus Name I pray..Amen. ![]() |

Keren12:Please which branch did you go to? GTB still does but the turnaround time is long, it takes an average of 4 weeks to process using GTB and you have to initiate the request from CBN Trade monitoring system portal. |

Hi, does anyone know how to use Flywire to make payment with Form A? I need guidance please. Thank you |

You mustn't have an account with them. Just look for a trustworthy person who does, Wenger transfer the funds to them so they'll pay your tuition. Keren12: |
