That’s what Peter Obi keeps trying to make them understand but illiteracy or outright foolishness would not allow them admit it.

You can take someone out of poverty by giving him/her Tradermoni or handouts of such kind. The only way to help anyone defeat poverty is by training them in business and giving them a seed capital for business that would grow in time and end up making them employers of labour.
