I don't see what's the point of this all then if you cannot summarise.
Summarise how it all works and the basics of its business model that makes it so lucrative on here. That's the barest minimum before any serious person contacts you further.

How does the USDT arbitrage work?
I will reward you once I can grasp the workings and successfully have it running.

God knows I won't lose N5 out of that N15 million, worse case scenario, I convert everything to dollar and go for 1% annual interest rate.

I'm sure by 2027 naira v dollar must have hit N900/$, that is a guaranteed annual 10% interest rate and even more.

I will give you a summary of how the business works

What you do is you go to a site that is suitable for dredging and you pay for a lease. There are several dredging sites on the Lekki-Ajah expressway, there is one beside Heyden filling station just before you get to VGC gate if you're coming from Victoria Island it is on the left side of the road.

There is another one just after you pass Sangotedo just before you get to Abijo. When you get to Awoyaya there are about 3 different ones that I know of there including one that is owned by a politician.

Now after paying for the lease and settling the omo oniles you move in your equipment which consists of the dredger and a payloader.

The dredger usually consists of s barge that has a large hose connected to it for sucking sand from the bottom of the river or lagoon and the payloader is used for loading sand onto the trucks that came to buy sand.

Now the process is that the dredger when switched on will suck sand and water from the bottom of the river and will pump it to the bank of the river.

The water will flow back into the river leaving just the sand.

When people come to buy sand the payloader will scoop sand from the heap and use it to load the truck. On average it takes about 6 or 7 scoops to fill up the bucket of a 30 ton truck.

The main risk of this business is that money comes in everyday therefore you must be on ground to monitor sales otherwise if you'tr not physically present if your workers sell to 15 trucks they will tell you that they only sold to 10 trucks and they pocket thhe rest of your money.

In this business you don't ever sell sand on credit no matter what!

Let's assume for instance you sell 5 trucks of sand on credit the person who bought from you will not come back to pay you, what he will do is he will divert to start busing from another dredging site thereby leaving you to bear the loss.

If you invest your money in this business you will loose big time if you don't have tight internal control or if you do not understand the business!

Yes you can lease the dredging machine and the payloader but the lease rental fees are paid upfront.

You may also partner with a dredging company but if you want to go this route then you must be on ground or have your own man on ground otherwise it's very likely that your partner will shortchange you

Get a used (in good condition) truck for haulage business.

The type used for transporting granite, sand and the likes.

Look for good and reputable haulage company out there, enter a contract with them. (2 to 3 years).

They will pay you between ₦500k and ₦1. 5m monthly for the period of the contract. (depending on the status of the truck)

You're not expected to handle maintenance, this is the responsibility of the haulage company.

Do not joke with the contract, make sure you involve a sound lawyer.

My suggestions are things the OP can do by himself without involving anyone except he chooses.
1. Real Estate. There are locations even in the city that sells land cheaper and in the space of 1-2 years, the price would have increased. If u are ready, I will tell u the location, u go there, see for ur self, then u buy, u survey and that is all. U keep for just a year, and u will see the price. It never fails. There's one I know that still sells cheap, yet there's electricity there with tarred road, even I know a film maker who has acres of land there. One of the leading church in Nigeria has 100acres of land they bought and fenced it.
2. Agriculture. There are virgin lands that could be bought at peanut prices that u can either plant Cocoa plantation, Palm fruit plantation, Cashew plantation. These plantations, when they start yielding, they do so for live. And if u don't want to wait to start from afresh, there are people who have these farms inherited but are oversea who wants to sell them. Imagine having palm tree plantation on a 15 acres of land already producing, it produces all through the year. U don't need to do anything, just buy it, then lease it out to rent. U can earn the money u use in buying it just from the rentage in 2-3 years depending on what u want. The same applies to cocoa plantation. Buy them, and put it out for lease. Those who rent them will be the one taking care of it because it's their source of livelyhood while they still pay u the rent. I know all these so well. These are clean business people don't put eyes, there's no one into any of this who isn't a millionaire, and your farm remains forever, and they continue to produce forever, and in the future, u may also decide to sell, obviously, more than the price u bought because the products from these farm produces are daily needs. They will continue to bring money. No stress at all if u are buying already grown farms of either cocoa or palm fruit or cashew plantation. For further enquiries, my digit: o, seven, o, three, seven, eight, nine, two, one, nine, eight.

This sounds like a lot of capital but the yields is worth the venture with the rate of construction going on over there on the island

What's the range you think one can comfortably start this business with ,that's without owning your own dredging machine tho

If you're interested in a land that will appreciate within 2 years, check out my offer here.

Selling 300sqm from the 600sqm I got when it was still early and they were still selling 600sqm. (There was no C of O then).

The estate land cost already appreciated twice since I got it.
If you need more details, let me know.
