Lease is it possible to use mpower funding as proof of fund after paying deposit?

Yes, but you must have secured admission in one of the universities and colleges listed on Mpower website. Not all universities and colleges are listed on Mpower website.

It takes 2-3 weeks to get the Passport Request.
Infact I submitted expired South Africa Police Clearance and just attach a letter that a new police clearance is not yet out and has been applied for.
The police clearance is not yet out still I got passport request.

Thank you .

Yes the interest rate is affordable.
Bobomaigida:

Congratulations, you see why it is good to have a society that is advanced and working, someone just walks into a bank, his/her credit score is confirmed and he/she is granted a loan of $20K plus and I am very sure the interest rates will be very affordable. Nigeria see your mate oooooo.

Congratulations sister.

If I understand you: you have NGN 7m: your tuition fee is $18k. Living and miscellaneous expenses are separate.

Have you paid your tuition deposit? How much have you paid? If you have paid tuition deposit and you still have this amount of money remaining, you may be financially sufficient to apply.

Thanks for the reply.
Yes, I have paid tuition deposit of 2,650CAD and I have N7m left.

If you don't have asset(s) in your name it's not a problem, if your dad is going to be your sponsor he should provide his bank statement 4months and a good balance, get a reference letter from his bank and a written letter stating he's your father and he's going to bear full responsibility for your proposed purpose of visit, if you have some money in your bank account you can also submit it. If your mom is willing to gift you a land then let her transfer ownership in your name and attach the document and you can attach other family assets all these will suffice but the koko is a good bank statement from your sponsor etc like I mentioned earlier

Hello house,

With respect to my earlier question, my Dad has a fixed deposit account with about 25m but he has rolled over again till August. Can this be used as POF? The balance however is not much. His other accounts sum up to like 1.5m though but there's good inflow/outflow. And he has a 5m account for my school fees. Should he just transfer this to me and do a notarized gift deed or the FD account is enough for POF

Yes, I have paid tuition deposit of 2,650CAD and I have N7m left.

Bro, if your tuition deposit is $2,650: you still need about NGN 9.5m.

Analysis
Tuition fee $18k
Living expenses $10k a year.
Miscellaneous expenses $3k
Total: $31k.

Total - Tuition deposit ==> $31,000- $2,650 = $28,350.

Using official CBN rate @ $1/#332. You still need $28,350 X 332 = NGN 9,412,000.

Conclusion
Your #7m is not enough. You cannot apply. If you do, it's outright visa denial. You need additional #9.5m instead of #7m. To make it on the safe side, make it #10m or more

Good day Gurus.

Pls will N7m be enough to be presented as POF for a year course that cost 18k CAD? Living Expenses and miscellaneous included.

I'm self sponsored.

Or should I try and make it N8m?
NO is the answer.
You need nothing less than 11m
Tuition - $18,000
Living expenses - $10,000
Miscellaneous - $3000 above

Total - $21,000 x 335 (official rate for cad)
₦10,385,000

Don't forget that showing the exact amount needed as a self sponsor will likely not even fly.

If it's 3.25 on 5.0 scale, then it's second class lower division. You cannot apply for master's degree directly or let me say it will be extremely difficult.

You may qualify for PGD.

I think it can fly if he has a job and his employer confirms that his study leave is PAID leave or if he can prove he has a business that can be generating funds for him while in Canada.

What is your last 2 years' GPA? (i.e 300 and 400 level GPA) if it is up to 3.5 (70%), you have a chance.
If it's a thesis based, securing a supervisor and writing a strong statement of purpose for grad school will get you in!

Sorry to hear that, what did you submit initially as proof of funds? As regards FORM A, it is very straightforward, sign up on the CBN trade portal and apply.

Try out centennial college,
No application fee you just need to make a tuition deposit if you're offered admission.
