Nigerians never ask questions about who owns remita that handles all payments made to federal government probably because the owners were not public office holders but we are concerned about Alpha-beta because it is own by politician. Is it wrong for a former governor to own a private company and render services to government? remita is making more money than alpha better. The company takes 1%of every Kobo you send to federal government treasury single account (TSA). If is good for remita, why is it bad for Alpha-beta? I want to learn 3 Likes |

There his man created a policy that private firm also collect federal revenue for the FG just like Lagos... But this time around electronically... That is. I believed the owner of Remita was approached as a business with experience in tax collection to close a gap at that time, Alpha Beta is a gross conflict of interest. You are in Gov't and you instituted your company to work for same govt, even when the intentions are legit, it does not make any moral sense as human selfishness is absolute. 1 Like |
