Please can you explain clearer, I read a lot of people send their passport to Abuja instead of Lagos, despite staying in Lagos, why is that? CharitoJames: |

msbaileyz:Yes, if the maturity date is near and not after the program start date and that the FD certificate states that it will be disbursed into your account at maturity and it carries your name. |

Their dad stated that in his sponsorship letter. He was also part of the application even though his was a visitor visa and his was approved first more than 1 month before mine was approved. I am the principal applicant. Iffylove: |

No one can authoritatively say when ircc gives decision. We have seen applicants get decision in less than a month, we have also seen those whose applications have lingered more than 6 months. Just do your best and drop your application latest before the end of next month. Do your best and leave the rest to God. Ableman101: |

I submitted my application on the 26th of June. Did biometrics on the 1st of June. The biometrics hasn’t still updated to passed. It’s still showing we need your fingerprints . Even though under applicant information, it’s showing the biometrics enrollment date, biometrics number and expiry date. Pls what should I do? Do I send a message via webform or call vfs |

ShowYoung:Thank you for your response! So the plan is to fix the fund few days before submission and mature date would will be about 2-3 week before resumption … does that work? Plus, a FD of 11m naira will suffice to acquire a study visa, right? |

Good morning family, please I'm.filling my imm1294e form and there are some sections thats a bit unclear. 1. For the cost of study I'm going for a 4 year PhD program, does this means tuition for a year or for four years ? 2. Similarly does the funds available for my stay means for the entire duration of program or per year? 3. I received a fully funded scholarship when indicating my fees would be paid by other do I simply write "Scholarship"? Note I had previously chose "No" in the eligibility page inquiring about scholarships because the awarding institution in this case my University wasn't listed among the awarding bodies Pls guys help me clarify, thanks again |

Is this the same as Offical letter from school? This is part of the document generated by the new portal. Thank you. Chuksiesmom: |
