I got the lentil bowls from Whole Foods, last week and it was so so good. This one is homemade right?

Yes it is. Trying to change our meal plan and adding new stuffs. Tried quinoa sometimes this week too and it was very nice.

Very easy to cook. Just soak for a while and cook it in pressure cooker for just 5 minutes.

I used the basic salt and black pepper.

For the dressing, I mixed red wine vinegar, honey, mustard, olive oil, and lemon juice for pop.
