My reservations concern driving in filthy floods and the rubbish that can get trapped in the lattices, invariably destroying them. Surely they need very hardy materials for that part.

That’s life, besides it’ll take a while for usage to become widespread. The cost would be prohibitive and slow down general adoption. It may take as long as 10 years (maybe more). Most automated tasks at car factories we done manually until machines took over.

It would nt come cheap.

What will happen to me.. Lol. The tyres will also have issues that will need fixing; it won't last forever.. It will now take away our little means of survival as vulcanizers to another set of people.
