Would you say threat of sanctions or end user restriction requirements that comes with US sales. The latter seems more probable to me. As a regional power any inhibitions to power projection for national interests is a minus.

I guess I can start dreaming on the C-130s replacements that would be a logistics banger. Nothing appears though to show our Air Force planners looking in that direction urgently.
