Yes, The embassy will only give you visa for the life of your passport. If its six months, you will get six month visa.

Yes, provided that your sister has not utilised her $15,000 quarterly FX allocation and the money is deposited in her account.

If she fills in your account number, it will not be honoured

Though there is Career Progression in the program you wanna go for, but as a Bachelor's degree holder going for a Diploma, that won't show any Progression because the program qualification (diploma) is lower than your Bachelor's degree.

For your profile, focus on Career Progression, that being said, go for a Post Graduate Certificate (PG Cert) program related to your Hospital Administrator Job, that shows a Career Progression e.g Health Administration, Health Management.
