Agbo was on Arise TV this evening where he was asked why the party’s Presidential candidate, Rabiu Kwankwaso, can't agree to be Peter Obi's running mate.

I would have advised the Labour party to allow Kwankwaso to be the flag bearer.

But let's break down both men's records.
Anyhow, do you want to talk about it or want to think about it? Peter Obi is more suitable than Kwankwaso.
Nigeria needs a leader who knows what he is doing and how to do it.

Typical north.. Always want to be in charge. It doesn't matter how popular or qualified you are, if you want a merger with them you must be willing to give them the center seat.

If Peter Obi really wanted VP, he would have stayed in PDP and easily gotten it under Atiku which will almost guarantee them success in 2023.... He won't leave PDP to form a union with two unknown parties and still become VP. It makes no sense.

Also, I feel like we're overrating this Kwankwaso guy. Outside few states in the North West like Kano, Jigawa and maybe Katsina, who knows him?

Where in the South will he even get 10 percent votes from without Obi?

At least Obi supporters can boast of having a large voter base spread across the South, middle belt and even Abuja.

The biggest loser is Kwankwaso because he definitely can't win under NNPP, him and Obi stood a better chance complimenting each other for each zone lapse, but pride won't let Kwankwaso play Vice to Obi, so it's better everyone goes on his own way and test their popularity.

There's no bleeping way after Buhari has done 8 years from the North West, Kwankwaso another man from North West wants Obi to play second fiddle to him.

Only mumu dey die for politicians... All this Obidient supporters need to understand that politics is a game of interest. Obi left PDP cos he can't benefit anything there.


Politicians will never care about you. He only care about what he stand to benefit. Obi enjoying 8 yrs will criminal party PDP now that he left, u want to tag him as saint.. all of you are mad together including APC supporters.

For the sake of equity, Kwaboy should understand that the North has been in power for long and the South needs to have power now. Just for that he should've agreed to be VP and after 8 years he can enter.

But I knew that pride won't ever let him do the right thing.

Well, we move.

Our chance of getting a good presidency is getting cloudy. But no matter what, we will vote for that right person to free our conscience. Even if we lose, no wahala. We'll pray for whoever makes it so that somehow he doesn't finish us all completely.

NNPP is ten times bigger than LP. Did you watch their convention? It was massive. It has now become the home of Northern politicians who are disgruntled in APC and PDP. They have real supporters and a real movement. They are also very well funded. Kwankwaso is on ground and has lots of big wig politicians supporting him.

LP is not even a party. They cannot even find a Northern politician to field as running mate even if it is a placeholder. Their supporters are day dreamers who know nothing about politics.

Peter Obi should eat humble pie and accept to the Kwankwaso's VP. Thats his best chance now since Okowa is already Atiku's VP
