I just got information that induction of new staff of firs is currently taking place now in Lagos instead of the usual training school in Abuja. .

Things have really changed in firs since the new management came in. Recruitment keep going on underground, I know of guys that Fowler gave job on a platter of gold without knowing any of them when he was the chairman, this guy's waited for him in the office till 2.am in the morning till when he was attending to visitor and he asked them what do they want and this guy's told him they need job, Fowler collected their CV and next was documentation. Things have changed in Firs ooo. Underground recruitment and documentation is the order of the day now.

This is so true, I know some guys that are currently in Lagos from Minna. The recruitment was done through PWC, a private consultant. It was a tight one
