APC won't have a presidential candidate just like Rivers State if this story of non showing evidence of attending secondary School from Gazette is true! Buhari knew this that's why he was reluctant to endorse him. Osinbajo knew this that's why he wanted to be the Yoruban candidate without stepping down, but y'all don't understand. He can't be disqualified for not attending primary and secondary schools given that he already has a higher qualification - a first degree and his claim in this regard is genuine. And yes, it has always been possible to obtain a degree without attending primary and secondary schools, especially in the past. He can, however, be disqualified for perjury, citing the contradictions in the two separate affidavits. A good lawyer, not necessarily a SAN, will secure victory against him regardless of the flaws in the legal system in the country. 7 Likes 1 Share |

They're clutching on straws again. Lol........ the bitter illiterates are obviously ignorant of the minimum constitutional requirements for the office of the president of Nigeria. The academic requirement is a minimum of school cert or its equivalent. Infact,you don't even need a school cert, just any equivalent or above. It's that simple! You're not obligated to fill every column in that regard. Any verifiable academic certificate equivalent or above school cert is enough. Just one in that category is enough. His bsc is there. So he's more than qualified. I think Tinubu is truly a very smart politician. He truly must have a team of very seasoned personalities of diverse professions. His think tank is solid and experienced. It's better to leave them blank than engage in unnecessary explanations. So let the weeping and gnashing of teeth continue by the children of hate and ignorance. There is also a pending court case as regards this same Tinubu educational qualification matter. Ratello: There's no perjury anywhere. Leaving the space blank doesn't translate to non attendance. It's the best way to avoid unnecessary controversies and long debates since the certificates are not handy, having been stolen. Instead of wasting time with swearing affidavit it's better just put the one that is available there which is the bsc. Simple! |
