For me, I like variety of fruits, but sweet oranges are my favourite.
I cannot stand cashew! Urgh! I'm allergic.
As for pineapples...let's just say my mouth let's me know when it's had enough.

Water Melon! king of em'.... loads of vitamin C, Beta carotene, omega 2 fatty acids from the seeds, lowers blood pressure and most importantly pack equal power as a Viagra.... yes, half a ball of watermelon can deliver equal dose of a viagra!
