That's because they have been trained to do so. They don't mention every doctrine especially the ones that make them stand out as a Cult when teaching their students. It is when the study has gone far, the student has invested his or her time and emotions, they start bringing some doctrines out one after another. Still, there are things about the Cult the student is not told. After baptism, the student starts to hear other things but it is too late because he or she baptised and must conform to their rules.
