Pls i need an honest and urgent advise on a bothering issue.I applied for Uk tourist Visa is Dec 2020 through an agent who did everything that needed to be done,all i did was just go for submission…By January i picked up my passport and i was refused,i asked the agent why and he told me it’s because of the 2nd Covid lockdown,he didn’t forward the refusal letter to me because he didn’t use my email,he created a new one to that effect.
I got an offer in Uk and while i was filling a form,i am to answer a question on if i had been denied before which is YES,and i was asked to upload the refusal letter which i didn’t have.
I reached out to the agent and after about 4days of trying to retrieve the email addy he used,he dropped the letter yesterday and the reason for refusal is completely different from what i was told,it turned out to be something on ‘deception’ as stated in the refusal letter.
Right now i honestly don’t know if it’s ok to go ahead with my application which is for September intake,i just want to know what my chances are,and what can be done to fix this error.Has anyone had similar issue,how was it resolved?

They did that to me to. I questioned their decision and asked for reasons why my application was rejected they did not respond.

You don’t have to print another bank statement as you have already submitted one. The bank statement you printed was for 28 days and you submitted it that same 28th day. If you had submitted it 3 days later, that makes it 31st day which is the deadline you should have submitted.
So don’t confuse yourself. All you have to do is wait for your Biometrics
Biometrics has nothing to do with the 28 days period so far your application has been submitted.

IHS. Tuition deposit depends on the reason for refusal.

If you uploaded the Bank statement during application, you don’t need to print another one for biometrics.

She should back out, the refusal was with a ban of 10years. Falsified documents comes with a ban.

I had the same issue getting the details. I sent mail 3 weeks ago for this detail but no response. I paid using barter about a week ago then the mail with details came in today. I lost about 720k due to exchange rate as I had to buy usd for N605 and paid about $3,773 for 3k pounds. Vex wan finish me when the mail dropped today.
