We mix the garri with a large quantity of Milo, then we turn and turn it, we now add a large quantity of milk, we turn and turn, we add small sugar and turn it, then we add blue band butter to make the mixture to stick together. We add small drops of water too and mould it to shape.

Very sweet cake.

Am thinking, what if after making the mixture and moulding it to shape, you then actually bake it in an oven. Am curious on how it will turn out.

It'll crumble(fall apart), as there is no binder(eggs).
But then, if you add eggs to the mixture and bake, the texture will turn out terribly hard.
Margarine cannot serve as a binder in the oven.
Either way, not a good idea.

Garri cookies might be worth trying though.
