He does not have to support Atiku. His choice. Typical ethnic sentiments. Fayose playing the ethnic card because it is TINUBU’s shyte train. Unfortunately, MANY Nigerians do not support Wike either, because of his approach to dealing with issues. The reason Okowa plays the game better than him. Power shift to the SOUTH is an ILLEGAL POWER SHIFT because of TINUBU’s personal ambition. Thanks to that DRUG LORD from IRIGBAJI! After GEJ, power should have remained in the SOUTH! The Notth is not stoopid. They know that power might NEVER return to the North if Tinubu gets into Aso Rock. Why should TINUBU be the Southern President? 1 Like |

Move2: To Paul Ibe, Spokesman of Atiku, FYI: The biggest challenge is in making a southern Christian to succeed President Buhari, not in kicking out APC. No saner Nigerian will accept a Fulani Muslim, Atiku, as successor to a Fulani Muslim as president of Nigeria of multi-ethnic and multi-religious faiths. We have Federal Character principle enshrined in the Constitution of Nigeria. Quota system is also in practice in Nigeria. 1 Like |

stanluiz: I am talking of sensible Igbo leaders, you are mentioning artisans who sell spare parts and condemn engine oil. You dey craze? Emeka Anyaoku lives in Lagos, Ezeife that used to make noise used to live in Apapa. Your Ohaneze President Generals are tenants in Lagos. Louis Ojukwu had more properties in Lagos than East. So, what nonsense are you on about mentioning Chicason, Okekeson and Kanuson. 5 Likes |

Tabuwal has openly and brazenly shown he lacks decency, character and principles. No matter his political agenda, coming out to openly endorse Atiku as a northern agenda clearly shows that he's a betrayal, who must be taught an exemplary lesson. 3 Likes |

kenedy175:you are right but apc is going to win because they won’t lose all of the northern states and the ones they lose won’t be by a big margin. Peter obi might win SE and SS, but he won’t even get a million votes in the north. 1 Like |

Woke doesn't care about power rotating to the south. If that's what he was fighting for, I would have hailed him as a hero, unfortunately, he's fighting for his selfish interest - same as Okowa. And Wike is no match for Okowa in the game of politics. He should accept this reality then go ahead to do what he wants |

God bless my former Governor God bless all Ekitis home and abroad God bless all Yoruba, North and south south Fayose had spoken, it is the turn of southern Nigeria, when we mean southern we mean sane southern Nigeria, not Biafra - Nigeria South south and southwest are the only sane southerners in Nigeria. Atiku emergence as PDP presidential flag bearer is victory to Tinubu 3 Likes |

PDP as a party has no business zoning the Presidency to the south. Yaradua's half term is all the north has to show for its representation in that party compared to the south's almost 14 year rule. Anymore and the PDP will become a regional party. It had to throw it open for a re balance and then to micro zone it back to the south-south after Goodluck was just a bridge too far. If it will not go to the south-east in a broader national context then the fairest bet was to the north. Folks mixing up party affairs with the Nigeria question are missing the point as even the APC are not considering national equity in zoning its flag bearer back to the south west which has enjoyed 8 years in power and should rather have zoned its ticket to the south east and is even considering a worse imbalance of a muslim-muslim ticket. The whole political scene is convoluted making whatever emerging scenario one of great divisions and disorder going forward meaning that there will be no more socio-political justice and balance the way we used to pretend to do. Politicians have sacrificed national cohesion for the new found love of expediency, that is winning at all costs and mixed with greed and parochial ambitions of the leading men, is pushing this nation to the precipice. Democracy should be the will of the people not the whims of any individual. The PDP should go to the people, appeal to them for support rather that box itself into the corner of tin gods. |
