We have been making bolts, nuts, washer , battery clips, wire, and other simple parts for decades

The question is can we make an engine block, crank shaft, piston, spark plugs and assemble it to work perfectly fine

With the growth of technology and availability of patents, if we drive our manufacturing, we can cover this in less than 6 years.

I see Nnewi girls becoming mechanics, I see men who don't have cars going to their workshop to toast them, I see the ones with cars parking their cars in their workshop for months, I see male mechanics in Nnewi going broke.

This I have seen.

This is commendable not because of the spare parts being produced but the fact that this is a female-dominated spare part company makes it impressive. I love seeing women put in the grit and grinds in any walk of life.

In regards to the production of the Auto parts, it is not a new thing...There are few universities and polytechnics in Nigeria with a functioning Production Engineering lab and technicians working in those labs often manufacture parts as side gigs
