Make we the try The blame the management of the party. Like, hospital, company, schools, state, local government , community and society etc because those people collected the allocation for the maintenance of those places but the failed to do it. Let me give you an example, I happen to have a first hand experience with NEPA people working at store. At That time, the Minister of power was going on inspection round Lagos State with fashola (the governor of Lagos State, when the NEPA people hear about it, they have to go and rent so many electrical appliances like prepaid meter and other things to put in the store, so that when the Minister came he will see that they have everything in their store, immediately the Minister go, they return every thing. them same thing with other parastals, and we keep on blaming govtment that is far from us . We forget our cancellor to call fed.goverment, we leave our local government chair Man to call govt, we leave governor to call government, we leaves our traditional rulers to call on government, we forget to asked our self what are their responsibility. |

This hospital are not responsible how in the world you trust NEPA in your business. An POS have generator.. Talk more of hospital? That are supposed to save life should know electricity/diesel powered gene should be 24/7 these families should sue the hospital for their loss of their babies what carelessness to lives!?!? This is crime to lives of innocent babies |

Scamupdates:reason well you said?! Ok, are you aware that every bit of megawatt generated by any Individual, groups, corporate entities etc must be channeled to the national gride? Do you understand what it means "that electricity is on the exclusive list"? Incase you don't know it means only the federal government has powers to generate and distribute electricity in Nigeria.. Don't tell me about generators because we using generator in Nigeria is because government failed in its duty of providing electricity, you are blaming the hospital for power outage and making excuses for the government!! I agree with you let's reason well and stop making excuses for failure.... I hope you have your pvc? Reason well and use it wisely don't make excuses for those that distroyed this country @Apc and @pdp.. Remain blessed |

Our only hope is in God alone and may he give us a selfless leader like Moses, a warrior and leader like David, a wise leader like Solomon and a wise economist with reputation like Joseph. Amen |

This is quite misadventure that Nigeria is still backward. This should have been avoided only if they had embrace renewable energy standard like developed country to substitute epileptic power supply in the country. I cannot fathom the agony of their bereaved parents but God will give them fortitude to bear the lost. Nigeria is a disaster country where there is no working systems. |

ArmaniUhuru:Why do some of you blame Buhari for anything that happens, is Buhari the governor of pH? The earlier we wake up to blame some of our governors too the better for us because that is the reason we have separation of powers In the constitution, yahaya bello bought emergency vehicles for federal hospitals in kogi why don't he wait for Buhari, Zulum build so many hospitals, schools and buildings he didn't wait for Buhari, wike bought jeeps worth millions of naira and houses for federal justices in pH in 2020 you guys couldn't say anything then but now you're cursing Buhari because of state responsibility, if somebody curse your parents too please don't be angry because truth is bitter. |

Theunbothered:Baba forget this talk. Is this the only teaching hospital in Nigeria, what is the management in that hospital doing for 14 babies to die while they are waiting for NEPA light? Why don't we hear news like this from other teaching hospitals and general hospitals all over the country? It's true government don fuk up in power supply but hospitals do not only rely on general supply. UPTH no get back up generators? What of smaller but still capable generators to run specific critical wards? I'm sure there's even a provision like that from the government, for my teaching hospital here they budget millions of naira every month to power and service the generators but watin the management dey do for UPTH? So they will be waiting for NEPA to bring light before attending to patients or wait as neonates in critical conditions die so that they can blame it on nepa. Baba make we dey use head think sometimes. |

This is the tragedy called "Nigeria"! Avoidable deaths everywhere. If this 14 babies were born in let say Ghana they will still be alive today. A clear manifestation of the monstrous evilness of bad governance. Tyrant Buhari did not build a single power plant to generate electricity in 7 years. His campaign promise was that he will build a new power plant every year. This bloodthirsty killer is a monumental fraudster of immense proportion. #ElbinawiTweets |
