Obi didnt reject VP position in PDP. The primaries was meant to decide the party's flagbearer and Obi didn't participate in it. The whole South is a minority as long as Nigerian politics is concerned the North have the majority numbers to give presidency to whoever they wish, so all tribes in South are minorities
