Just apply for January intake, a lot of schools are overwhelmed with the volumes of application they’ve received. So even if you find a school that’s still open for September intake, their response time would be very slow and you don’t want that pressure.

Doesn’t mean anything since it’s empty. If they need any document(s) from you, it would be stated in the NSF mail.

Hi, the website says they give for a cGPA of 3.8 and above. There are two ways to clarify if a cGPA of 3.7 will be considered
1. Email the school with, you can email their international admissions team email address
2. Either call their number yourself or get someone in the UK to call for you and enquire. Best or luck

I have earlier read on this platform that UKVI accept even passport that has 4 months expiration but the news I am getting on some schools WhatsApp group is saying that it won't fly.

You have to do all you can to speed up the child’s passport to avoid the 90 days vignette expiry on your own visa, if eventually you are issued one

I believe your dependants should have earlier dates? If yes, you can use their date and walk in with them. You can as well try and see if you or your dependants can amend your appointment dates to earlier dates.

you can use the passport, the full length of your visa will be on your BRP. However for your mind and peace sake also start thinking/arranging if you want to renew your passport in Nigeria or UK.
If in Nigeria start now, once the visa is out you join both passports and travel. If to be done in the UK, get your NIN and know that you would need to travel down to London for biometrics after paying online. So it’s either of the 2 options.

For your POF, you can not apply before your POF matures.
The tier 4 is point based and you must evidence tht the funds have been held for at least 28 days.
Secondly, a ban is not a refusal. You know very well they are not same thing.
Then you have been told on this same forum prior to now to declare and speak the truth.
Pls show the link on the immigration law either for Canada or UK that says any immigratx history of 10 years is now invalid.
Your questions are not true questions as you know very well you want to conceal the truth on your application and nobody here is going to nudge you to do so.

You can use it and renew it in UK.

It's still valid,UKVI require valid passport at the point of application.
