Start working out ... I use to be like you.

From my experience and observations, i feel you should be who you are... I realize that most people tend to have fear towards something or someone and that fear controls their ability to be bold and confident.

Jus try and be who you are, accept yourself no matter what and always feel great about yourself. Meanwhile there are movies and books that you can watch and read .







As our Ancestors would say " Only a bold man rules in the affairs of main men".

I was like u but it very easy .start looking for eir trouble by making silly joke about them or take part in evangelism.while preaching make sure u look directly in eir eyes

My own advise takes from here whoever that reading this if you're running under pressure/ one of those anxiety has been hitting deep. Money boost confident more than the alcoholic or drugs does.

Okay... So I know that Jesus is not shy.i also don't want to be.

I have prayed and fasted against this spirit.
And it's always seen like anytime I pray against it, it gets worsened.

I have tried some un Christ like means to boost my confidence (like arguing etc) but I have discovered that I created a wrong spirit within me.

I am most times always solitary.
I have adopt some destructive addictions because of depression from disappointment I gets when I drop the ball in public.

A lot of time, shyness or lack of confidence stems from the fact that you are afraid of making mistakes, or how you talk or look. Those are areas you have to look into. Even if you are going to remain shy till God's kingdom comes, find where your strength lies; it's only there you will be devoid of the shyness.

I'm a shy person, very shy person, but I don't get shy when I'm teaching people what I know so well. If your spoken English contributes to your shyness, then work on it by reading children English books to hone your grammar.

I was like you before but Church activities helped me a lot, I used to run away from teaching or taking leadership position in the church or secular , I found it difficult to face crowd, if I was talking to a crowd I would be nervous, but my leader forced me into handling teaching Sunday school at times I would interpret for my pastor facing a crowd of more than 500 , I was later given leadership position which helped my relationship with people . Now I find it very comfortable mingling with people infact any where I find myself people like to always be around me.

My advice for you is that if you are a Christian, don't shy away from church activities. Try to help people with whatever gift in you or your endowment.
