Sorry bro,now a very affordable fast remedy.Get 1½ sachets of Chloramphenicol that should be 15 pieces of white capsules in total (100 naira or 150 per sachet depending on your area) and 9 scahet of yellow Chelsea dry gin

open 3 sachets of Chelsea gin and pour in a cup,then open 5 pieces of the white Chloramphenicol capsules ,pour inside mix,the only disadvantage is that it's bitter but very effective.
