Not only flutterwave. Most Nigerian virtual card issuers have shut it down "for maintenance".

How will Nigerians now make payments for international stuff ?

There are thousands who depend on their service daily. Wonder what options are available at this time.

I am sure their financial partners dropped them following the money laundering case in Kenya.

I have about $4 left on my dollar card.

I learnt www.chippercash.com is a good alternative. Nevertheless, I am really gutted.

It doesn’t have anything to do with the Kenya case. Union54 that provides the service have suspended it even chipper cash have also suspended their visual card

Right now no fintech is offering dollar visual Mastercard in Nigeria

I have also been experiencing this for a while now and it's frustrating.

I just hope that there would be a solution to this soonest.

Not only Flutterwave. The issue affect all Fintech companies in Nigeria using MasterCard services. Cards services will terminate on 17th July.
The next option will now be for the Fintech companies to enroll for Visa Cards for their users, hopefully, soon.

Definitely a fall out of the fraud cases on their head. Financial partner probably has decided its best to cut ties with them.

"Definitely" and "probably" to make the same point?

Infact, it look like a company that will not stand the test of time. Very controversial.

Only people that are braindead take that David guy seriously.

This is not caused or related to any of his vindictive 'investigative' journalism.

It has to do with CBN Fx regulations.

All Fintech offering virtual card services are shutting down tomorrow.

You're correct. I just registered with chipper. This is an uppercut. If Buhari had not interfered with the exchange rate, we would have easily used our Naira debit for all these transactions.

Fulani are Just deeply Wicked!!
They know the way we are threading to buy dollars instead of coming to them at there base and now finally instruct CBN not to allow us get FOREX via the Fintech firms again.

Even the Hausas in the North are also lamenting of how those Fulanis in Abuja for example forcefully Hijacked there BUREAU DE CHANGE Biz.

We true indigeous Nigerians all now Know the Common Enemy is Those Fulanis.

Soon they will start disallowing you to Spend the NAIRA in your Bank Account because they want to Cripple other tribes for there selfish goals.

But can they really stop a River water from flowing?

Just become OBI-dient and YUS-ful to your life by getting your PVC, vote on election day & also protect your vote from BATS or else A ti Ku o!
I can bet my remaining 400 dollars in barter app that you don't have a PVC.
70% of "obidients" do not have PVC.
I'm afraid this election would be won by Tinubu.

Lol.

Prior notification as how? Is it because they are trying hard to put it out there in a friendly manner. They were yanked off one of their cash cows without prior notice too.
