Hello Primes,
There is nothing to be ashamed about borrowing especially when you don’t have enough credit.

Debts are part and parcel of the economy. Debts plays such an integral part of economic progress, it must be measured appropriately to convey the long-term impact it presents.

My own story was

I was sick recently and had no dime to treat myself so I decided to seek favor from a loan app in Nigeria. I was furtunate borrowed about N40,000 for the first time.

Unfortunately I delayed repayment due to a reason and next thing I know these people started texting all my contacts on whatsapp.

It was so embarrassing. My crush, brothers and everyone started messaging me that they got a message I was a wanted fraudster on the run. That thing pain me but I learnt a bitter lesson that day.

Just be careful who you borrow money from when you in distress

So guys,

113k, remaining 56k to pay, couldn't meet up with the next payment as I lost my job, so they added 6k which is now 62k and it will be due on 27th this month. I done think tire, but can't kill myself, anything them want do make them do, I can't kill myself with thinking.

Cos it's still same people that refused to loan me they will still call. I am waiting for any of them, that will call me and talk rubbish.

I like this. At least u confirmed u have reached out to other people and they didn't borrow you. So they will have to worry them with the messages.

For your stupid mind you don chop money clean mouth.....an agreement is an agreement they have the right to blackmail you wether you default for one minute or one day. Pay what you owe. The problem with Nigerians is not the government but people like you.

I agree with you completely, why collect a loan when you have no intention of repaying ?!?

I understand the country is hard but that’s someone’s business, put yourself in their shoes. Your business too could fold up with bad credits and unpaid loans. Never act like it’s your decision or your right to pay or not to pay. A deal is a deal. You made an agreement which was signed and sealed.

Some Nigerians and their entitlement mentality.

Lol, smh. The average Nigerian is wicked. I don't know if it's conscious wickedness or unconscious wickedness. Like they do you bad and expect you to keep smiling like it's nothing.

Now, the loan apps are in business, don't go and download their app or collect their money if there's no viable means of repayment. Yes, things can toughen up pretty quickly as long as it's not a life and death matter, I don't see why you will take a loan and decide not to pay back. Always imagine yourself as a business owner and measures you will take to recover your money, a lot will do worse than the loan apps are doing right now. Integrity is really scarce.

They are very cruel.

1 month after I took the loan, I called fairmoney to review my loan to 3 months that the purpose of the loan was defeated and I will like to pay up to avoid default, they refused. Insisting I pay the loan plus the whole interest.

Isn't that wickedness .

They should go to NDIC, that the reason they exist
