I could stay up to 3 months without praying, then i get angry and charge, and resume praying again for like 1 month; then i backslide for another 3 months.

All the time oh. I can't imagine a whole day passing by without praying and praying in tongues for at least 15-20 minutes to keep my spirit alive.
I just can't imagine life without prayers. I so much love that presence of God that comes when you are in deep mode of prayers. It's an amazing experience.

And about the jogging aspect, I'm a Footballer, so I know what's good for me, I want to increase my stamina and fitness, I don't like Injuries as they slow down one's glorious career. So jogging and other extracurricular activities slows down injuries in it's best way.

I don't even pray at all, tbh.
I'm not happy about this though, sometimes I remember what I was doing is wrong and I will pray a bit but after that one prayer, I forget about praying again

God assistance, did God told you his worried with his children prayers. Jesus said pray always. In the beginning God fellowshiped with man daily until sin came in. So a Christian must fellowship with God daily

it's expected not to be selfish in prayer, imagine going to your father and friend only when you have problem.
