Every minute...not by bending my knees and rattling off words anyway, but through activities, joyful, meaningful and rewarding activities. Prayer means work, work in its noblest sense.

The problem with most Christians is that they think prayer is all about talking , asking, begging and petitioning God for stuff.

Like Jesus said; "they think they will be heard because of thier many words" Matthew 6:7

Prayer is more about drawing "near to listen , rather than offer the sacrifices of fools" Ecclesiastes 5:1

How often?

Whenever I feel like it. Sometimes, once a day other times, several times I day. I say the Lord's prayer. Given that God made it abundantly clear in His Word that He does not answer the prayers of the unrighteous— their prayers are made filthy by their sins and are hence an abomination to Him — praying is more an act of obedience to God who commands that we pray and not necessarily a seek for answers since I am still unrighteous.
