Greedy in law
You got 20k euro
Victor is still your inlaw that can help your kids relocate and study in Europe and you are exposing his deal .
With this your step , now ,it is finished just like Jesus said in the crucifixion Cross

Please get sense .

20k out of $439k and €69k? Who is greedy between Osimhen and the inlaw? Remember this is the agents fee and not the transfer fee itself.

You think Victor that could only give only about 2% of the deal they both carried out would be ready to spend his own money to help the sisters family?

The money is the agent fees its not for any sweet work for football field. The money was not meant for Osimhen, that why it did not go to his account directly.

Abi you no pay agent fee before you rent house? Osimhen want collect rent and agent fee at the same time.

Not when the transfer has already been done and commission paid. Once the transaction have occurred that contract is enforced. He can change his agent for future transfers but not when that particular transfer have concluded.

This is 100% victors transfer deal....how can u say Victor is not entitled to money involved in his own transfer deal....

.which work did the agent do that he's claiming wages??

Dude there's no excusing Victor on this. He knew why he involved the relative and since they didn't have an agreement to only take $20k, the onus was on him to fulfill the obligation. People all over the world make money over the littlest of things in business. Real estate agents, lawyers taking 10% off agreements, consultation fee of astrologers etc. You aren't supposes to look at things from the perspective of how much the in-laws were trying to make but honouring a struck deal. If Osimehen had told them he'd take all the cash back and they agreed then, we wouldn't be having this conversation but no one likes being taken for a fool.

I felt he just should have one agent instead of two agents in this scenero. It is only bringing in more misunderstanding among the parties involved

That's if you are dealing with outsiders. When you deal with family sentiments come into play. Victor would have used sentiments and carrot (more money and deal in future) to get the inlaw to transfer the money to him.

Watch the video. The inlaw alleged Osimhen only gave him 20k not 70k.

Besides, he was the agent. So the money actually belonged to him.

Which obligation??
Please I ask again which obligation...??

Is the law and agent for real??
Did he actually broker this real??
Did he actually help Victor get a good club and transfer real??

Victor is not under any obligation to pay his inlaw 500k dollars for him nothing other than dropping account number

As a straight forward person he should tell his Young in-law the right thing to do, but as he rightly said he was very happy and You know how FootbalI money dey be na

His sister is even Crying, For Money that's supposed to be for Ariyo and Shira

Osihmen sidelined ariyo and Shira, I wonder why the inlaw was thinking he wouldn't be sidelined too. The way you treat outsiders is the way you will eventually treat your family.

It's wrong for osimehn to collect his agent fee but most Nigerians don't see anything wrong with that. It's called being sharp - nonsense.

Everything was fully documented legally according to the inlaw, Can he ask an agent who is not his family to send him the first tranche of his agency fee?

I just wonder how ayo and Shira would be feeling now.

You are wrong. If I want to use a family member to get a cut of my agency fee, I will tell him ahead, say man I am using you to get this money and this will be your cut once deal is settled. Osihmen no try, he played everyone including his family members.

My brother you are 100 percent correct. This matter as been going on for long. That is why I can't help any football player again. I face same when I was not having any team. Now you must past through my team before I go carry u. Sign documents with my FIFA agent. No family for business. quote author=majamajic post=115024401]

The man that married Victor's sister , said victor is owing him for job he did as his agent over his share in the $68m transfer from lille to Napoli , he said after main super agent transferred him his cut , of almost $500k and 91k euros , that victor told him to transfer back all the money to him , he did . Said victor only give him 20k euro

My take - seems victor front him as his Nigeria agent to get some money from the main foreign agents , so after him getting the almost $500k and 91k euros from them , Victor now collected all the money from his in-law, settle him with only 20k euro , seems guy man now understands say Victor played him , he started giving him issues .

Though I know victor can never open up cos it might cost him dearly. [/quote]

The transfer fee itself was worth €60million. The money the inlaw received was the agent's fee.

Whether he used one agent or two is not the issue here. The agents should get their fees appropriately. Yes he bought in his inlaw to keep it in the family. To me he should have shared the agents fee 50/50 and not 3/87 as the inlaw alleged.

Hey mr Oga. You don’t have to insult people to make your point. Who the hell is hungry leeches?
The man has evidence of transferring the funds to Osihmen. That’s enough to open an investigation.
Dear Sir, the video that I just watched did not reveal any court house or depict any licensed lawyer. Talking of investigation, Freeze is asking for the papers. The couple are not prepared before Freeze let alone before a jury.
The family went to a drama blog house with the story. That infers that they are on a smear campaign against their small brother.

Meanwhile, I didn't hear any attempt from their end regarding how they invited their family elders to settle the score. Or, how they helped other members of the family with the $20k or $90k.
Osihmen is not the only family member innoculated with the help vaccine.

I will reiterate that these coven heads are disgruntled leeches who failed to grab the big cash out of ingratitude cos' they were carried away with the biggest ever chunk of cash their eyes had ever seen $20k or $90k. They were swooned and forgot that more cash is ahead.

Their realisation came when they reckoned that $90k can immediately evaporate in the hands of a gluttonous duo. Now, knowing that Osihmen is making further deals without them strikes the core cord connecting their oblongata and their thoracic. They have gone berserk cos their own cash has depleted and as imposters, they are incapable of striking another deal. Osihmen is their lifeline to wealth and the wise boy is street smart and not letting leeches around his pond.

Haha, he wore prosthetics in their pool.

They can purchase a one way ticket to the North Pole and get lost there. Greedy grimes.

This story is one-sided and a usual one bewteen families. As soon as they dived into announcing that he isn't helping his family and that they are all poor, I lost the connection and confidence in them. Sitting in an SUV to complain about someone else not helping a family that you are a part of... undecided

This thing happens. Most footballers do it, I mean the ones from Africa mostly even in diaspora it's just that there the law is much more harsh. What victor did is double dipping. In football transfer the rule says the super agent can liase with a local agent connected to players. Many times local players want to chop this money too as remember transfer fees goes to the club, the agent who brokered it, and any other agents. To ensure fairness players don't really get anything from this money because if they did they will sign contract and start looking for clubs to break the contract with huge transfer fees so players dont officially get commission. Which is also why if you have no club you can be bought free as a free transfer. You are only entitled to your agreed weekly wages and any other bonuses the club decides to give you. That money was meant for a local agent who victor put his inlaw as front there. Victor should have explained to the guy very well that the money is his own and he is just fronting (I'm sure he did). He should also have done something more for the guy when someone has that kind of money in their account and withdraw and give you ummm that person has the grace of God oooo. That's why daddy freeze was shocked. Even if it's to buy one better big car for the guy or even build one house with 150k dollars somewhere. Give the guy. This is what they all do. But victor forget them and was doing big boy spending anyhow and that is what is paining them. Because if that guy goes to court, he is the legal local agent on paper so he has a case. The only thing now is he gave victor the money with his hand and I am sure there is no where he can show that it was a loan. So in the eye of the law it will be forgone money except he has very good lawyer. On the other side a legal case can expose that he was not a real agent and put victor in trouble.
You have said it all bro. People don't understand the gravity of what Osimhen is being accused of... I'm an Osimhen fan but he messed up in this case and should becareful FIFA or UEFA doesn't get involved
