On your wife sowp and daughters VV u need ur daughters LOI because she wont be allowed to enter without that. Now on ur study permit i will advice u focus on the extension more keenly infact i believe ur spouse should get less than 1month sowp too and at dat u need to keep mailing IRCC explaining ur situation and seeking for quick help on the LOI thing so that ur spouse and daughter can come in asap. It is easier and faster to renew sowp in canada than to reapply from nigeria. My 2cents

As far as the TRV is valid as at the time the person is entering SOWP will be issued at the POE. Now the validity of ur spouse visa is based on the noumber of months ur visa is valid. As far as your spouse visa is valid as at the time of entry she will get a sowp so once u apply for an extension she can also apply too

The new portal is for VV and study permit only. You can only apply for work permit through the gckey which is the old portal. I stand to be corrected!

My suggestion to you is to search for reasonable rates on wakanow.com and thereafter purchase the tickets directly from the airline.

If you can't go to the office of the airline, find out if you can purchase their tickets online.

Hello, the processing time for sowp from Nigeria is 57weeks, however recent trends shows that it takes about 3-6months (approximately 12- 24 weeks) especially for this 2022 applications. Stay positive!
