since he knows that Peter Obi did not authorize it and nobody appointed them, why didn't he continue on his own or better still reach out to Peter Obi for confirmation?

When you are done with the recording, click the stop button. The video will be stored under a Captures folder in your Videos section.

I use it a lot in the last 2 months. You can use Google to check out the steps.
