I went from 4 to 8 in 3 years.

Most naija guys are 9.There's every tendency of Mr Ibu in all naija guys but they will claim from 1-5 online.5 it is for me

I Am number 2, these are activities that got me looking like that

Waking up around 5am in the morning every day:
1 : I drink two glasses of water
2: 10 minutes of yoga and stretching
3: then I skip rope
4: I do 40 to 50 push ups ,
5: 30 sit ups
6: 30 minutes of shadow boxing and taekwondo kicks in case someone decide to mess with me later in the day.
7: 20 minutes rest
8: fruits for breakfast
