Me, I be 7, and I am very very happy with my shape, and uniquely, I have a big navel to top it up
I don't do push up, it's just by shape, I only take a walk frequently and drinks tumeric/ginger, lemon and honey once or twice a week to maintain this shape.

Some of my friends, their spec is not here, they are competing with 4months pregnant women

I'm in between 2 and 3, and my target is 4. After an abs session, the outlines are visible but not properly carved out (that's more like number 3). My body fat is still at 17%, pretty much a long way from sub 12% levels. I'm more endomorph than mesomorph so I look more athletic than muscular. Fitness is a huge part of my life.

I am no 8 , used to be 7
