if finance is not a problem please work towards doing ivf.
Talking from experience my hubby active motility was 20 % with every other parameters good when we got married, we tried different drugs to boost it instead the count and morphology increased leaving the motility. I don't want to bore you with long story, God is helping us.
If you don't have the finance, you can save towards that, while taking your prescribed drugs, a miracle can still happen.

You need to work in everything from motility to count, your morphology is very good

I am very sure the lab did antibiotics sensitivity test to know the right drug for you to use.. please follow their prescription or redo the test to know the right antibiotics to use in treating it.

Take it to a doctor for drug prescription. You can get a woman pregnant, all you need is just one sperm. But you need to improve your Sperm count.

Sorry, I am responding late.

Your hubby's count is above the normal range, however, morphology is just 30% normal, and 70% abnormal.
But I think you need to go back to the Lab, because if they say 10% is inactive, what happens to the remaining 90%?
They didnt state it.

The result is not complete.

Please return there. Or preferably rerun this SFA in a more standard laboratory. It will give you a 2nd opinion and a more defined result.
