Very difficult at this point, I will give a rundown of the rods after the decking. But rods should consume about N2m and above for this size of house.

Baba how many board u use at this level and what's cost per one?
I learnt some boards are very good and superior and will usually be okay for reuse but the regular and rampant ones in the market are not too good and will mostly be in a bad state after each use.
What surprises me is that even this rampant and regular ones, the price I get them here are too expensive, I no come understand

Budget about 600k for wood. About 350 1x12x12 wood will do.

Spreading nylon sheets on the wood before we start the slab reinforcement works.

Spyder880, sorry for derailing this thread but I really have a question to ask,how much can I budget for carpenter and iron bender work for a parapet of 6 bedroom bungalow? How many bags of cement can also cast it?
