I disagree with number 3. There will be a major difference. The country will be worse off than it currently is.

As for the country, that was one of the hardest decisions. I had to do a lot of reading and consultations before settling for one.

You want kill the car be that. The engine won't last two weeks

With the new duty on importation of cars that encourages you to import cars from 2013 upwards... I wonder if car owners will continue to neglect owners manual and continue to use 20w50 engine oil on new model cars ...

Engine dealer will become instant millionaire overnight .....

I keep saying this newer model cars will not tolerate oil abuse at all .. Mechanics will now need to step up their game and skill level.. These cars tend to have more electrical configurations , more sensors and mechanics with skills will be needed to work on them...

You have a point but some families have stronger bond. He must have weighed his options.

I have an uncle that sent his wife to US to birth his two kids.
He later sent them over there to stay permanently, while he stayed back in Nigeria.

The last time he visited US to see his kids, the new husband and the wife refused him access.

This happened over 14yrs ago.
He's not seen his children since then.

This man I laugh you, I know a friend those days that was doing well going to Spain and other European countries with his warehouses full of goods, he will be telling us how he will train his kids in the best universities in the world because then he opened several accounts for each of them.
Well, I won't say he's hungry now but Nigeria happened to him the last time I saw him.
Most people want to give birth to their kids outside the country not because they are Mumu but because of tomorrow, no one knows how it will pan out
You are very correct. What's the purpose of training children through school here in naija when graduates flood the security post ? Abi where education doesn't have value.
No matter how tough it is in a western world, that a graduate will not get a job for himself. Pays might differs but will definitely get value than feeding from hands to mouth.
Only that man from Spain will be able to tell deeply what he was facing. Take for instance, in Spain electricity, Infrastructure and other amenities are in place by the govt. You only need to pay your bills to enjoy them monthly. But they are constant . But relocating back to naija when he is used to those infrastructures and amenities will make him start using his income to give himself those comforts and will still not get them. Like paying for darkness instead of light as per electricity. You pay for light, NEPA will still not bring light. Then, he will end up buying fuel inside generator to power the same electricity he has paid for. That's double expenses.
In terms of roads. You spend less in fixing cars as a result of good roads.
Children have access to work and study while getting paid better than full workers here in naija. During the semester break. Students are allowed to work and get paid to support their needs .
The day my son shouted "up NEPA" was the day I decided to relocate them out of the country so that they don't have wrong mindset that I have.
I wish and pray everyone have the opportunity to relocate out of the country because I don't see any changes soon

Nice one
@Shollywendy will say no matter how bad it is, having kids grow over there is somewhat better.

1. They can't come back to Nigeria looking for trenches to stay
2. It cant be that bad for them to come back and pick kitikitI, unless something is amiss
3. 10 years from now, they won't be any Major difference in this country

Inbtw : I'll say there is country and country as well. Let me use South and North Cyprus for example. Pray everyone that have the travelling mindset do good research and what they plan to do out there, before going after that rainbow.
That's it. It's just a simple truth

Bolt has really shown me shege since Thursday.

Out of the blue, the app started saying to update my phone number.

Then customer service played with me. I will be chatting with them in-app, then they will now say I should send an in-app message, and I will now be like, but isn’t this an in-app message I am sending you? Then another agent will come and be like “how can I help”? It’s almost like calling customer service and then being told by the customer service agent to call customer service and you’re like, isn’t that what I’m already doing.

It’s just so weird, and I pray to my God that I get a better hustle soon, to leave all this b.s behind.

Someone in bolt is probably using me to laugh, as in laughing at my pain, but I pray God will judge that person.

They will tell me wait, today it will be sorted, wait 24 hours it will be sorted. Now it’s wait 48 hours it will be sorted.

God is my strength sha.

Maybe you should go to their office

I agree sir. They will first spoil a lot of cars sa. Look at the Nissan Murano example... Very good car. Kasims spoilt most of the first imports with palm oil. Something that use CVT then they will now condemn the car.

A lot of them that are not ready to learn will run out of business

My brother I tell you ......Nissan are very good cars. My very first brand new car , tear rubber was Nissan . I used the car for at least 10yrs ... Very good .... Strong engine.. They also condemn Infinity Fx too .......

I can't wait till how things unfold once people start bringing more and more of 2013 and upwards cars... Can't wait bro.. Maybe car owners will sit tight and pay attention to their cars.....

And also engine for 2013 models no be joke at all .. Imagine replacing those engines with all the wires and sensors etc. My brother it will be a shit show bro ...

Even my own personal car in Yankee 2011 model. I don't take it to anyhow mechanic. Most Nigerian mechanics are still in using out dated knowledge to fix cars , na that same knowledge dey wan use to fix a more modernized car.....
