I called the number about 30 minutes after I discovered it has fallen from my pocket and the voice at the other end told me that he is in Abuja. He said I should wait till he returns (imagine).
I called customer service with another number and the asked me some questions which I have even forgotten some( I registered the sim since 2007 or so). The MTN guy said since I can not accurately provide the information, he can't block the line.
Please what should I do?

i can relate, rememba 2019, when i was then broke in school, i called home and they send me 10k to manage still exam is over dat same evening, i waz scam d 10k. As if that waz not enough, i was still mourning d 10k, my phone was stolen the next morning. No money, no phone, no foodstuff. But i have some trusted friend. I pack some of my loads and i went to squat with them. That how i survive dat exam peroid. Till today, my family did not know i lose d money. They only knew about d phone.
